Importing from Blogger

Ok, trying out TAMB because of Blogger shutting down FTP, and while I wish it was avaliable online, it is nice and easy to use.  However, I can't figure out how to import my Blogger posts.  I tried the steps here, but it doesn't work.  Considering that's five years old, it's no surprise.  Every time I try to import from a feed, either the one online or downloading it to my computer, it gives me an error that it can't read the feed.  I even tried adding the feed in the feed reader, and it can't read it.  I'm not sure why.  Any help would be apprecated, as I'd like to get this settled and working before Blogger turns off the FTP next month.

I had no trouble migrating following the loose set of directions from the link in your post. I did post a reply to the original topic saying that I found it worked by copying my feeds from my server to my computer and then importing the rss.xml files into Thingamablog.
