Shades4TAMB Theme Availabe

A new theme for Thingamablog is available. Shades4TAMB is a light, 2 column theme with horizontal tabbed menu for pages.

Also updated my other Thingamablog Themes to ensure they work correctly with the new TAMB 1.5 version theme installer. (Still got to update the install instructions on the theme pages when 1.5 is out of beta.)
