Customized Templates and Upgrade

I have customized my blog template by adding Haloscan's comments and backtrack codes.  But now I am upgrading my Thingamablog software.  Will the upgrade affect my customized templates? :?:

From my experience upgrading has always maintained all my personal settings and modifications so you should have no problems.

May I ask: how did your most recent upgrade work?

Did you run into any problems with losing your template customizations when you upgraded to a more recent version of TAMB :?:
