Database's update time is never touched

1.6.0_17 Client VM

Operating System:
Windows 7 Ultimate

Problem Description:
I placed my database in a Dropbox folder so that it would automatically sync. However, when I went to another machine and synched it, the profile was completely empty. Investigating the files revealed that the database on the new machine was using the very first version; and because the date never changed, Dropbox never updated the file.

Temporary Workaround: Manually touch the database each time I finish using TAMB.
